    This Tasty Me gluten-free oliebollen mix lets you make the Dutch New Year's favourite, a traditional fried dough ball, at home. The mix is gluten-free, palm oil-free and free from hydrogenated fats, making it a good choice for health-conscious shoppers and people with intolerances.

    The 300 g pack needs only warm water, eggs and whole milk, plus raisins, blackcurrants or apple pieces to taste. The batter is mixed in a food processor, rested, then fried in oil. The result is crisp, aromatic dough balls.

    Main ingredients include rice flour, corn starch, sugar, potato starch, milk protein, beer yeast raising agent and natural vanilla flavouring. The product may contain traces of egg, soy, tree nuts, mustard and sesame. Net weight: 300 g.
