The mix contains pearls in five sizes, with diameters of 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 mm, allowing for varied decorative effects.
According to the manufacturer, the pearls are gluten-free and lactose-free. Their ingredients include puffed rice, sugar, icing sugar and cornstarch, coloured with tartrazine (E102), patent blue V (E131) and silver (E174). The compact 75 g pack is easy to store and portion.
