These silver Metallic Pearls from Tasty Me are edible sugar pearls for decorating cakes, cupcakes, doughnuts and other desserts. Each pearl measures 4 mm across, is evenly round and has a metallic coating that gives your creations an elegant, festive finish.
The pearls are hard but edible. They are well suited to baby shower cakes, gender reveal parties and birthday, Christmas and New Year treats, and they can also be used to decorate the edge of a cake.
The mix is gluten-free and lactose-free. Ingredients include puffed rice (10%), sugar, icing sugar, corn starch and the colouring silver (E174). The pack contains 70 g.
