This Tasty Me gluten-free metallic pearls cake decoration mix combines pink and gold sugar pearls with a shimmering metallic coating that gives cakes and sweets a festive look. The pearls are perfectly round and firm, and fully edible. The pink pearls measure 4 mm and the gold ones 5 mm.
They are well suited to decorating cakes, cupcakes, doughnuts and other desserts, whether scattered over buttercream, applied to the edge of a cake or used in themed creations. The mix is gluten-free and lactose-free and comes in a practical 70 g pack.
Ingredients include puffed rice (10%), sugar, icing sugar, corn starch, colourings and glazing agents. Ideal for baby showers, birthdays, romantic occasions and spring or summer celebrations.
