This TASTY ME cake decoration mix features shiny, metallic pink sugar pearls that add a bright, glamorous finish to cakes and sweet treats. It is well suited to baby showers, birthdays and romantic occasions where a little extra sparkle is wanted.
The mix includes pearls in five sizes, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 mm, so you can use them for everything from fine accents to larger decorative designs. The product is completely gluten-free and lactose-free, and comes in a 75 g pack.
Ingredients include puffed rice, sugar, icing sugar and cornflour, along with the colourings Ponceau 4R (E124) and edible silver (E174) and glazing agents. The label warns that Ponceau 4R (E124) may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
