TASTY ME Gluten-free light pink cake cream mix 200g 101404

This gluten-free light pink buttercream mix, 200 g, is made for filling and coating cakes and decorating cupcakes. Mix the contents with 100 ml of water and 100 ml of semi-skimmed milk, then beat in a stand mixer on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes. One full cake needs the whole pack, while half the quantity is enough to decorate 24 muffins.

The cream can be chilled to firm up if needed and can be flavoured to taste. It contains no hydrogenated fats, which suits health-conscious bakers. Once prepared, it stays good for about two days.

Main ingredients are sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, refined coconut oil, milk proteins, corn starch and the natural colouring E120. It may contain traces of egg, soy and tree nuts, so people with allergies should take note.
