Product description
This gluten-free light blue coating wafer from Tasty Me, weighing 300 g, is designed for baking and dessert decorating. It melts easily, making it well suited for dipping fruit, marshmallows and biscuits, and for decorating cakes and cupcakes.
To melt it, heat the wafers in a microwave-safe bowl at 700 W for about 30 seconds, removing and stirring every 10 seconds. The melted coating can be poured into chocolate moulds, or shaped into chocolate lollipops using Tasty Me lollipop moulds.
The consistency is easy to adjust. If the mixture is too thick, thin it with a little vegetable oil; if it is too runny, a drop of water will help it thicken.
