The colour intensity is easy to control: adding a few extra drops produces a deeper, more vivid shade. The product is gluten-free, so people with food allergies can use it with confidence.
Because it is water-based, it is not suitable for colouring chocolate. Shake well before use. The food colouring is not intended to be eaten directly and should only be used when mixed into other ingredients.
