Tasty Me Caramel Mousse Dessert Mix is a simple base for a creamy dessert with a rich caramel flavour. The product is gluten-free and contains no palm oil or hydrogenated fats, which suits shoppers who pay close attention to what they eat. The 200 g pack is mixed with 460 g of whipping cream and beaten for two minutes until light and airy.
The mousse is piped into serving dishes and chilled in the fridge for a few hours until set. Before serving, it can be topped with grated coconut, chocolate flakes, fresh fruit or a little whipped cream. It also pairs well with chocolate mousse.
