TASTY ME Gluten-free blue coating drops 300g 101327

Tasty Me blue coating melts easily and is gluten-free, making it a convenient choice for dipping fruit, marshmallows and biscuits. Used with a chocolate mould, it is also well suited to decorating cakes and cupcakes, and with lollipop moulds you can make chocolate lollipops.

To prepare, warm in a microwave-safe bowl at 700 W for about 30 seconds, removing and stirring every 10 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add a little vegetable oil; if it is too runny, a drop of water helps achieve the right consistency.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fats (fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil), low-fat milk powder, emulsifiers (E492, E322), colouring Brilliant Blue FCF (E133). The colouring may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Net weight: 300 g.
