TASTY ME Gluten- and lactose-free apple pie & cookie mix 400g 101312

This Tasty Me baking mix lets you make crisp biscuits or a classic apple pie, and it is both gluten-free and lactose-free. The blend contains no palm oil and no hydrogenated fats, which suits health-conscious baking.

To prepare the dough, you only need to add soft butter (or vegetable oil for a lactose-free version) and one egg, then mix everything together in a food processor. The ingredients are rice flour, sugar, corn starch, thickening and emulsifying agents, flavourings and salt.

Bake the biscuits for about 20 to 25 minutes and the apple pie for 45 to 50 minutes at 165 °C (150 °C in a fan oven). The pack weighs 400 g. The filling, made from diced apples, raisins, sugar and cinnamon, is prepared separately.
