Táncoló házak is a card game for the whole family in which each player builds their own canal-side street, inspired by the historic gabled houses of Amsterdam, known as the "Venice of the North". Buildings start with shops on the ground floor and grow upward with windowed storeys. The taller you build them, the more points they generally earn.

Tulips, cats, birds, flower boxes and flags decorate the windows, and finding the right combination of these motifs is key to a good score. Each round you draw new cards, add one to your street and pass the rest on. Houses are placed side by side and stacked, and you will quickly see the buildings seem to sway left and right. At the end, every building is scored separately according to its height, its base and the decorations visible on it.

The game takes about 20 to 30 minutes and supports 2 to 5 players aged 8 and up. Easy to learn, it suits family game nights or a light yet thought-provoking gathering.
