The Synology RKS-04 rail kit allows Synology rack servers to be easily pulled out for maintenance. Its sliding rails let the server slide smoothly out of the rack, making servicing work considerably more comfortable and faster to carry out.
To install the rail kit, the width of the mounting posts should be at least 450 mm and the panel width at least 480 mm. The mounting depth of the rack cabinet can be between 553 mm and 834 mm. Square holes in the cabinet should measure at least 9.5 × 9.5 mm, while round holes require a diameter of at least 7.1 mm.
The kit is compatible with the RS1626xs+ model of the Synology FS series.
