SUNSUN UV-C lamp for garden pond 18W CUV-218

The SUNSUN CUV-218 is a UV-C lamp designed to clarify water in ponds, garden pools and other water bodies holding up to 20,000 litres. The unit is fitted with an 18 W UV-C tube that neutralises algae, bacteria and other microorganisms in the water. Total power consumption is 22 W, including the power supply. It is compatible with flow rates of up to 2500 l/h and operates at a pressure of up to 0.3 bar, making it a suitable complement to filter systems for medium and large water bodies.

Clearer water and reduced algae growth

UV-C radiation acts on microorganisms passing through the lamp chamber, limiting their further reproduction. This lowers the risk of green and cloudy water, which often appears in ponds during the warmer months. Regular operation supports mechanical and biological filtration and helps maintain better water quality.

Compatible with common garden equipment

The CUV-218 model is equipped with universal connectors that fit the most commonly used hoses. The connectors support hoses with diameters of 3/4", 1" and 1 1/2", with inner diameters of roughly 20 mm, 25 mm and 38 mm. This design makes it easy to integrate the lamp into existing filter systems without additional adapters.
