SUNLU TPU 95A flexible filament white 1.75mm TPU W

SUNLU TPU 95A is a flexible 3D printing filament made from thermoplastic polyurethane, combining high elasticity with solid mechanical strength. With a Shore hardness of 95A, the material absorbs impacts and deformation while still holding its shape. Its elongation at break of up to 1063% and tensile strength of 34.4 MPa make it resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage. The 1.75 mm diameter, held to a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, ensures smooth feeding and consistent print quality.

This filament suits parts that must bend, stretch and return to their original shape, such as cases, handles and seals. Its flexibility and tear resistance allow functional parts that withstand demanding everyday use.

The filament is designed for stable printing with low nozzle clogging, at recommended temperatures of 190 to 230 °C and a heated bed of 50 to 60 °C. The spool contains 330 metres, or 1000 g, of material.
