SUNLU TPU 95A flexible filament black 1.75mm TPU B

The SUNLU TPU 95A is a black flexible filament with a 1.75 mm diameter, designed for 3D printing on FDM printers. It combines high elasticity with solid mechanical strength: the material is soft enough to absorb impacts and deformation, yet firm enough to hold its shape. A high elongation at break (up to 1063%), good tensile strength (34.4 MPa) and resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage make it durable.

It suits parts that need to bend, stretch and return to their original form. Cases, handles, seals and other components under constant stress can be produced with it. The material keeps its shape under pressure, which makes for sturdy prints.

The filament is designed for trouble-free printing. Its bubble-free structure, steady flow and diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm support consistent results. Recommended settings are a nozzle temperature of 190–230 °C, a speed of 50–120 mm/s and a print bed temperature of 50–60 °C.
