The SUNLU S1 Plus is a filament dryer designed to remove moisture from 3D printing filament before or during printing. Damp filament is a common cause of failed prints, leading to stringing, clogged nozzles, weak adhesion and layer shifting. The unit lets you set the temperature between 35 and 55 °C and run a drying cycle of up to 24 hours, so you can match the setting to materials such as PLA, PLA+, PETG, ABS or TPU.

Internal rollers allow the filament to be fed straight through the dryer while it is drying, so the spool stays dry throughout the print. The dryer accepts spools up to 210 × 85 mm and supports 1.75 mm, 2.85 mm and 3.00 mm filament diameters. Operation is handled with two buttons and a clear LCD screen, and the manufacturer rates its noise level below 10 dB.
