SUNLU PC-ABS filament white 1.75mm PC-ABS W

SUNLU PC-ABS is a white 1.75 mm filament for 3D printing that combines the strengths of polycarbonate (PC) and ABS. According to the manufacturer, it offers a heat deflection temperature of 102 °C, a tensile strength of 40 MPa and a flexural strength of 70 MPa, making it suitable for demanding technical parts that must hold up under mechanical load and heat.

Each spool contains about 375 metres of filament with a net weight of 1000 g. The stated diameter tolerance is ±0.03 mm, and the material offers low shrinkage and good layer adhesion for consistent printing. Finished parts have a smooth surface that can be painted, coated or metal-plated for a more refined appearance.

The recommended nozzle temperature is 260–280 °C, with print speeds up to 230 mm/s and a bed temperature of 50–70 °C, ideally with adhesive. It is a practical choice for durable functional parts, housings and prototypes.
