SUNLU PA Easy filament black 1.75mm PA Easy B

SUNLU Easy PA is a black 1.75 mm nylon filament (PA6/66 copolymer) for 3D printing, supplied on a 350-metre, 1000-gram spool. It is designed to address common problems of traditional PA materials, such as cracking, warping and high moisture sensitivity. With a tensile strength of up to 75 MPa and a flexural strength of up to 98 MPa, it suits functional parts that need to withstand stress and impact.

Its low shrinkage keeps internal stress during printing to a minimum, which helps larger or more complex models avoid cracks and deformation. The heat deflection temperature of 121 °C allows printed parts to be used in demanding environments, including close to heat sources.

The filament prints across a wide range of settings, from 250 to 280 °C and 50 to 150 mm/s. The diameter tolerance is ±0.03 mm and the structure is uniform and free of bubbles, supporting consistent results from fine detail to rapid prototyping.
