SUNLU Filament dryer and heat treatment unit 500W 110°C 1.75/2.85mm Fila Dryer E2

The SUNLU FilaDryer E2 is a 2-in-1 device for 3D printing filament, combining drying and heat treatment in one unit. With 500 W of power, it heats to 50 °C in 20 minutes and to 70 °C in 30 minutes, with a maximum temperature of 110 °C. Its enclosed design and large chamber, which accommodates spools of up to 3 kg, keep the filament dry and ready to print.

The heat treatment process is intended to improve the mechanical properties of printed parts, such as impact resistance and stability. The high operating temperature makes the device suitable for engineering materials including PA, PC and ASA, as well as carbon and glass fibre composites. The chamber fits spools up to 250 mm in diameter, and filaments of 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm are supported.

Safety features include temperature control, automatic shutdown in case of overheating and warning alerts. The package includes PTFE tubes, a heating tray, a power cable, heat-resistant gloves and a user manual.
