SUNLU ASA UV-resistant outdoor filament red 1.75mm ASA R

SUNLU ASA is a red technical 3D printing filament with a 1.75 mm diameter, supplied on a 1000 g spool of roughly 330 metres. It is designed for outdoor applications and demanding functional projects, resisting UV radiation, rain and high temperatures. Printed parts keep their colour and shape even after long exposure to harsh weather.

According to the specifications, ASA offers better durability and service life than PLA and ABS, along with good layer adhesion and dimensional stability. The stated values include a heat deflection temperature of 96 °C, a strength of 50 MPa and a diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm for a consistent flow during printing.

The filament suits parts exposed to sunlight, moisture or changing temperatures, such as automotive, electronics or garden and outdoor installations. Recommended printing temperatures are 250 to 280 °C, with a bed temperature of 80 to 100 °C.
