SUNLU ASA UV-resistant outdoor filament gray 1.75mm ASA Gr

SUNLU ASA is a grey technical 3D printing filament designed for outdoor applications and demanding functional projects. It resists UV radiation, rain and high temperatures, while combining these properties with good mechanical strength and durability. Printed parts keep their colour, shape and properties for longer, even under harsh weather conditions.

Compared with PLA and ABS, the material offers higher resistance and service life, along with good layer adhesion and dimensional stability. The 1.75 mm diameter, held to a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, and smooth, clog-free extrusion support clean and consistent prints. Each spool contains 1000 g of filament, about 330 metres in length.

Recommended printing settings are 250 to 280 °C for the nozzle and 80 to 100 °C for the print bed. The filament suits functional parts for uses such as automotive, electronics and garden projects where robustness and longevity matter.
