    This Startech patch cable in the CAT6A category connects network devices over a length of 1.5 metres. Both ends are fitted with UTP RJ45 connectors, and the cable is grey. According to the description it is a U/FTP cable with pair-by-pair foil shielding, which protects against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk.

    The cable is designed to be very slim, around 40 percent thinner than conventional Cat6a cables according to the manufacturer. This is intended to improve airflow in server cabinets and patch panels. The flexible TPE jacket and 34 AWG pure copper conductors make it easier to route through tight spaces.

    The RJ45 connectors have gold-plated contacts for a stable connection. The cable is suited to reliably linking switches, routers and other high-speed network equipment.
