The StarTech.com N6PAT25CMWHS is a 25 cm white UTP Category 6 patch cable with RJ45 connectors on both ends, designed to link network devices such as switches, routers and patch panels. It meets all Category 6 specifications and provides reliable Gigabit and Power over Ethernet (PoE) connections.
Its slim design is 36% thinner than a standard Cat6 cable, improving airflow and heat dissipation in tight spaces and making it easier to route during installation. The cable uses four twisted pairs of 28 AWG bare copper conductors for good conductivity and low resistance. The gold-plated RJ45 connectors, with 50-micron plating, provide a precise fit and reduce wear and signal loss, while the snagless boots protect the latch during installation.
The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) flame-retardant jacket releases little smoke and toxic gas when exposed to extreme heat. The cable is tested to ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 requirements and supports up to 90 W PoE++ in line with IEEE 802.3bt Type 4.
