This red CAT6 UTP patch cable measures 25 cm and connects network devices over short distances, such as within a rack, at a patch panel or between a switch and a device. It supports gigabit connections and Power over Ethernet (PoE), and according to the manufacturer it can deliver up to 90 W to remote network equipment. The cable meets the ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 standard and the IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 PoE++ specification.

The slim design is 36% thinner than a standard CAT6 cable, which makes it more flexible and easier to route through densely packed network racks and patch panels. The reduced diameter also improves airflow and heat dissipation in tight spaces.

The snagless RJ45 connectors protect the plugs during installation and reduce the risk of breakage or snagging. Gold-plated 50-micron contacts ensure a precise fit and minimal signal loss. The conductors are 28 AWG pure copper, and the LSZH flame-retardant jacket releases little smoke and no toxic fumes in the event of extreme heat or fire.
