This 2-metre USB-C to RS-232 serial adapter cable connects modern computers with a Type-C port to traditional serial peripherals. It is suited to connecting barcode scanners, receipt printers and industrial controllers that still use a serial interface.
An integrated FTDI chipset provides stable data transfer and broad compatibility. The COM port persistence feature keeps the assigned port settings, so they are retained automatically after the cable is reconnected.
Three separate status LEDs show transmit, receive and USB connection activity, allowing you to check the cable's operating state at a glance. The black cable has male-to-male connectors.
