This 10-metre OS2 MTP/MPO single-mode fibre optic cable connects switches and servers in high-density 40G and 100G links. Its 12-fibre design provides high-speed multi-fibre connectivity, simplifying cabling and keeping cables neatly routed between racks in data centres.

The cable is made from OS2 9/125 µm laser-optimised Corning fibre, delivering consistent, high-bandwidth transmission over long data centre and backbone runs. The Type A polarity MTP Elite connectors provide straight-through fibre mapping, and both ends are female. Every cable is individually tested to ensure signal integrity.

The OFNP plenum-rated jacket meets strict fire safety and low smoke emission requirements, so the cable can be installed in air-handling spaces, data centres and in-wall pathways. Used with structured MTP/MPO systems such as trunk cables, cassettes and patch solutions, it allows easy migration between 10G, 40G and 100G infrastructures.
