STARTECH Monitor Privacy Screen for 21.5" 16:9 acrylic black 2169A-PRIVACY-SCREEN

This privacy screen filter from StarTech.com is designed for 21.5-inch 16:9 widescreen monitors and keeps sensitive on-screen information out of sight of passers-by. It suits open-plan offices and shared workstations where confidential data must not be visible to unauthorised people. Its Microlouver technology limits the viewing angle to 60 degrees (±30 degrees from centre), so only the user seated directly in front of the display can read the content.

The filter attaches and removes without tools, thanks to its hanging mounting system. Silicone bumpers hold it firmly in place while protecting the monitor from scratches. The glossy surface delivers vivid colours, and the fingerprint- and scratch-resistant coating suits long-term, professional use. The filter also reduces blue light in the 380–480 nm range to ease eye strain, while maintaining 65% light transmission for clear image quality. It is TAA compliant.
