STARTECH Magnetic privacy screen filter 24" 16:10 24M61-PRIVACY-SCREEN

This magnetic privacy screen filter is designed for 24-inch monitors with a 16:10 aspect ratio, protecting sensitive on-screen data from prying eyes at the side. Its Microlouver technology limits the viewing angle to 60 degrees (±30 degrees from centre), so only the image seen straight on is visible while anyone viewing from the side sees a blocked display.

The filter attaches to the monitor with thin magnetic strips along the bezel, so it can be fitted and removed quickly. The included plastic tabs help it sit flat against the screen without bowing.

The film is double-sided: the matte, anti-glare side offers comfortable viewing in bright conditions, while the glossy side gives more vivid colours. The matte surface has a fingerprint-, scratch- and dust-resistant coating. Light transmission is 62%, and independent tests show the film blocks around 47% of blue light in the 380–450 nm range.
