This MS polymer-based 1K hybrid adhesive and sealant is a versatile solution for both indoor and outdoor use. It stays permanently flexible, is odourless, waterproof and resistant to seawater, and can be applied on damp surfaces. Its isocyanate- and silicone-free formulation makes it safer to handle.

The adhesive bonds well to concrete, masonry, render, plaster, plasterboard, enamel, tiles, ceramics, glass, steel, wood and rigid PVC. It can be painted over with water-based paints and synthetic lacquers. It can be processed at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C, with a working time of approx. 5 minutes.

Its heat resistance ranges from -40°C to +90°C, and its elongation is 25%. The product holds GEV-EMICODE EC1PLUS, ISEGA, M1, DIN EN ISO 846 and French A+ (VOC) certifications, making it an extremely low-emission product.
