The Sony FE PZ 16-35mm F4 G is a motorised full-frame zoom lens with a wide-angle focal range for Sony E-mount cameras. Weighing just 353 grams, it is the lightest f/4 wide-angle zoom lens in the world, making it easy to carry on the move. Two aspherical elements, including one ED aspherical element, together with an Super ED glass element, minimise distortion and aberrations and deliver accurate colour reproduction and high contrast.

The lens design keeps the angle of view constant when focusing and zooming, which helps produce stable video footage. Two XD linear motors provide fast, quiet and precise autofocus that keeps tracking the subject even at high frame rates. A smoothly operating zoom lever and independent zoom, focus and aperture rings give creators full manual control.

The lens also features an aperture ring and a customisable focus hold button. The fluorine coating on the front lens element repels water, oil and dirt and makes cleaning easier.
