SONY DSC RX100 VII black

Its professional-level photography and video-making features fully meet the needs of professional photographers, content creators and vloggers.

The compact body of the RX100 VII has everything you need for stunning shots. The 24-200mm zoom lens is accompanied by ultra-fast AF with a 0.02s response time, new real-time tracking and real-time Eye AF, as well as advanced image stabilization and an external microphone jack for quality video recording.

The high-magnification 24-200mm zoom lens provides excellent image quality. Thanks to its careful design, it provides maximum resolution and image clarity throughout the zoom range, offering impressive telephoto capabilities in a pocketable size, opening up an incredibly wide range of possibilities for creative expression.

The new single shot function captures extremely fast events, such as the moment a tennis racket meets a ball, by taking seven shots in quick succession at a selectable speed of 90, 60 or 30 fps. This allows you to capture important but hard-to-record moments and can also be used with a self-timer. It supports both JPEG and RAW image formats.

The RX100 VII uses a class-leading total of 357 focal-plane phase-detection AF points, covering 68% of the image area. These are complemented by 425 contrast-sensing AF points, and AF analysis takes just 0.02 seconds – world-leading speed.

Real-time tracking uses subject recognition algorithms (AI) that can track subjects anywhere based on color, pattern (brightness), object distance (depth), and face/eye information. Fixed, stable focus on a moving subject helps capture every important moment - whether it's photography or filming.

The camera supports internal 4K (QFHD: 3840×2160) video recording with full pixel readout without pixel drop. Smooth, stable AF is thanks to advanced AF algorithms, and real-time tracking and real-time Eye AF (human) are also available for videos. With the HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma) function, you can enjoy HDR recordings at any time: just connect the camera to an HDR-compatible (HLG-compatible) Sony TV using a USB cable.

Step up and vlog with the easy-to-carry RX100 VII. A new touch-based tracking function for video recording offers fast, easy-to-use and reliable autofocus, while real-time Eye AF (human) ensures precise focus. The active image stabilization provides smooth 4K video even while walking, and with the tiltable selfie screen and the input to receive the external microphone signal, composing the visuals and recording the sound can be both hassle-free.
