The greatness of the SU-1 compact desktop DAC (digital-to-analog converter) really resides inside. The affordable D/A converter supports MQA and MQA-CD formats and uses a 3rd generation XMOS XU-316 chip, which together with the AKM AK4493S DAC chip can achieve distortion lower than 0.00013%. It decodes PCM 32bit / 768kHz and DSD512, compatible with Windows, Linux, Android, Mac OS and iOS systems via USB Type-C input. Despite its size, the SU-1, built in a small aluminum alloy housing, can be considered a really convincing desktop audio device.
