The Shuttle WLN-M12 is a complete wireless networking kit designed for upgrading Shuttle XPC Slim PC barebones systems. It includes an Intel AX210 M.2-2230 card, two antennas and the necessary antenna cables, allowing the computer to be equipped with a modern Wi-Fi 6E (IEEE 802.11ax) wireless connection.
The module operates in tri-band mode, communicating on the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands, with a maximum data transfer rate of 2400 Mbps. Its 2x2 MIMO antenna design provides a stable and fast connection.
The WLN-M12 also supports Bluetooth 5.2, so Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity are covered by a single expansion card. The M.2-2230 card is installed internally and connects to the motherboard through the M.2 interface.
