The Shelly PLUS 0-10V Dimmer was specifically developed for controlling control electronics. Control electronics that have a 0-10V control input can be connected to the device's 0-10V DC output.

It is typically used to control light sources, variable speed motors, or adjustable valves (air engineering). However, it is important that the consumer cannot be connected directly to the Shelly PLUS 0-10V Dimmer module, the 0-10V output can only be connected to the control electronics input. It is equipped with terminals SW1 and SW2, which enable wall switch or push-button control. It is supplied with 230V AC voltage, phase and neutral conductors are required for operation.

Like all other Shelly products, it is directly connected to the WiFi router, no local center, hub or bridge is needed for its smart control. Even if only 1 device can be installed independently, it is also a good choice as a complete system for turning an entire property into a smart home, whether it is newly built or about to be renovated.
Using the Shelly PLUS 0-10V Dimmer placed in the wall socket behind the existing switches, we can control the output while keeping our existing switches. thus, the product is also ideal for subsequent "smartening".

The Shelly PLUS 0-10V Dimmer - like other small Shelly smart relays - contains switch inputs, i.e. when installed behind light switches, you can still use the wall light switch to control the controlled circuit, but in addition, the control can also be controlled remotely via WiFi, as well as many timings is at our disposal. In the Shelly app, it is also possible to disable the switch - which can be useful in some rooms with small children - with such settings, the device can only be controlled from the app.

This is one of the smallest Wi-Fi devices for smart connection control and smart consumption measurement. Its small size allows you to conveniently install it behind a standard light switch in a wall socket or in an electrical junction box, or even retrofit it, and remotely control your lighting or other consumers of less than 8A, and monitor their on/off status.

GATEWAY FUNCTIONS:

Thanks to the ESP32 chip, the device also supports Wi-Fi + Bluetooth protocols. It also includes a Bluetooth gateway, it can also function as a Bluetooth receiver/gateway for Shelly's new generation Bluetooth sensors and Bluetooth remote control. It also includes a Wi-Fi repeater (Wi-Fi signal repeater) function, which, when turned on, transmits a Wi-Fi signal to Shelly devices installed further away - as a kind of Wi-Fi mesh.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING:

It is paired with a phone, like other second-generation Shelly Plus and Pro devices, using the Bluetooth protocol, simply and quickly.

The Shelly Plus 0-10V Dimmer is also equipped with the usual ESP32 processor in PLUS products, which includes a faster and more powerful CPU and twice as much memory, so the PLUS product line offers improved functions and faster operation.

The Shelly Plus 0-10V Dimmer is equipped with overheating protection, so it guarantees even safer operation even in the small space installed in wall sockets.

SHELLY PLUS FUNCTIONS:

The product:

- Supports HTTP/HTTPS webhooks so enhanced Shelly Plus products can easily connect, notify or control compatible products or other automation systems
- They support switching on/off timed to the time of sunrise / sunset, +/- 23 hours difference can now be specified,
- They can manage up to 20 timers (stored on the device, also working offline),
- Supports mjS scripts, allowing customers to create their own features and functions! Shelly Plus line devices allow the simultaneous execution of several scripts depending on different triggers such as input/output status, sensor data or WLAN requests.

Timing:

- On/off timing can be set for the days of the week and
- It also supports timings related to sunrise and sunset (not only for exact time, but also timings of the sunset + 5 hour type, for example.)
- It supports both auto-off and auto-on timing, i.e. switching on or off after a specified time of being off or on.

Supported operating modes:

- Cloud / cloud mode: in this case, it is connected to the free Shelly Cloud, through which it can be accessed from the Shelly Cloud smartphone app (available for both iOS and Android) and from the website https://home.shelly.cloud/ we can control and adjust the devices
- You can choose LAN / local network mode, in which case devices can only be controlled from devices connected to the local network
- We can also operate the device (instead of WiFi client mode) in WiFi Access Point mode (e.g. if there is no permanent WiFi network at the installation location), then with a mobile phone or notebook
