    Product description

    The SMLIGHT SLZB-MR4U is a multiprotocol gateway that combines LAN, Wi-Fi and USB connectivity with Zigbee 3.0 coordinator or router functionality and Thread support (Matter over Thread) in one compact device. Its transmit power of around +20 dBm and an external antenna with roughly +5 dBi gain allow you to build a stable mesh network with long range, making it a good choice for home and semi-professional smart home setups.

    The adapter can be powered and connected via Ethernet (PoE 48 V), Wi-Fi or USB. The built-in web interface lets you switch between Zigbee coordinator/router and Thread mode with a single click. The SLZB-OS software adds features such as over-the-air updates, IEEE address changes, script support and secure VPN access.

    It is well suited to Home Assistant (ZHA, Zigbee2MQTT, OpenThread) and Matter-compatible ecosystems, and it runs locally without relying on a cloud service.
