The Shelly 4-Channel Decoupler 230V is a quadruple decoupler module with which the existing 230 V~ signal (e.g. wall switch, relay output) can be safely converted into a low-voltage DC start signal. Thus, the digital (DC) inputs of Shelly devices can also be driven with AC-side control elements without the mains voltage going directly to the low-voltage side.

Ideal for retrofitting and renovation: the existing switches remain, but the signal is already sent to the Shelly Plus/Pro RGBW controllers and Shelly Plus Uni or Plus Add-on DC inputs. The quadruple design enables the independent management of several circuits within a single compact module.

The module is a wired, passive accessory; the actual logic/automation runs on the connected Shelly device. Optical isolation increases safety and reliability in mixed (AC–DC) systems.
