The SEVERIN EZ 7407 is a compact appliance for making ice cream and yoghurt at home. Its slim design is barely larger than an A4 sheet of paper, so it fits easily on a small worktop. As one of the most compact compressor-type ice cream makers, it works without a pre-chilled bowl and prepares ice cream in under 30 minutes.
The combined hot and cold function allows you to make ice cream, sorbet, frozen yoghurt and regular yoghurt. A digital timer can be set to the exact minute, and a temperature display helps you monitor the process. Once preparation is complete, an automatic 60-minute cooling function keeps the mixture chilled.
The hinged lid opening lets you add extra ingredients during mixing. The unit holds 1.2 litres and comes with a recipe book featuring ice cream, sorbet, yoghurt and vegan recipes.
