The Sennheiser EW-DP SKP is a digital UHF plug-on transmitter that attaches directly to the XLR connector of a microphone. It supplies +48 V phantom power to the microphone input, so it is suitable for condenser microphones that require this voltage. A 3.5 mm input also allows a lavalier microphone to be connected, letting you transmit the recording wirelessly.
The unit is designed for the Evolution Wireless Digital system. A built-in microSD card slot lets you store recordings directly on the transmitter. The Q1-6 model operates in the 470.2 to 526 MHz frequency range.
Weighing 163 g and finished in black, the transmitter is compact and easy to mount on a microphone, for podcasts, streaming or interviews.
