The Sennheiser e 908 B-ew is a condenser microphone designed for miking saxophones wirelessly. It combines high-quality sound with the sturdy construction of professional stage equipment in a compact, highly flexible form. Its open, high-resolution character produces a surprisingly powerful sound, while handling noise is kept to a minimum.

Thanks to the flexible microphone head mount, the gooseneck and the dedicated clips, the e 908 can be attached quickly and aimed precisely at the sound source. Despite its delicate shape, the microphone is built robustly and withstands hard knocks. The B ew version is intended for wireless use on the saxophone with the Evolution wireless instrument transmitter.

The e 908 series also includes the e 908 D for drums and percussion, and the e 908 B for wind instruments, congas and freely suspended drums.
