SENNHEISER e 614 condenser microphone supercardioid 009895

The Sennheiser e 614 is a condenser microphone designed for recording instruments in the studio and on stage. Its wide frequency range suits almost any instrument, while its tight directional pickup pattern isolates the source from other sounds around it. The microphone reproduces transients with great clarity and captures fine detail, giving the recording a sense of space and depth.

Thanks to its high maximum sound pressure level, the e 614 works especially well on drums, including as an overhead microphone. It also reproduces string and woodwind instruments reliably. The black body weighs 93 g and is fitted with an XLR connector.
