The Sennheiser e 608 is a dynamic microphone designed for brass and woodwind instruments. Its flexible gooseneck lets it sit close to the instrument, while the multi-function microphone clamp allows the optimal position to be found on virtually any instrument. The elastically suspended capsule provides reliable protection against structure-borne noise.
By placing the microphone close to each instrument's sound source, the e 608 captures its character with a soft, warm tonal colour. Breath noises are picked up reliably without being overemphasised.
With its black, compact body and a weight of 90 g, the microphone is discreet and practical to use. The XLR connection allows it to be plugged into standard mixing consoles and audio interfaces.
