Salinger J. D. - Magasabbra a tetőt ácsok - Seymour: Bemutatás

The small but highly influential oeuvre of the early silent and mysterious Salinger is still alive today: this is also proven by the new editions, which include the immediate predecessor, Franny and Zooey, and now the last two great stories, Magasabbra a tötöt, carpentry and Seymour : Presentation is displayed.
In the first part, the second of the seven Glass children, Buddy, the only writer member of the family with many artistic talents, tells the sadly grotesque story of the wedding of the oldest brother, the tragically short-lived Seymour. The second narrative already tries to evoke the character of Seymour, who is too sensitive to the prose of life, too poetic, and at the same time presents Buddy, the writer's struggle with the seemingly hopeless task, in a complex and rich orchestration.
