The SAFE 10YDCO-RF is a next-generation wireless carbon monoxide detector built around a second-generation electrochemical sensor and a full-colour LCD display. It monitors indoor air for dangerous levels of CO and can work on its own or as part of the FireSafe system, linked to a central Hub unit. Up to 24 FireSafe devices can be paired, with a radio range of up to 1000 metres at 868 MHz.
The built-in, non-replaceable lithium battery provides an operating life of more than 10 years. An alarm is signalled both audibly, by an 85 dB siren, and visually, through red, green and yellow LED indicators. A microprocessor running the predictive AI SAFE algorithm improves detection accuracy.
The unit is designed for indoor use and operates reliably between -10 °C and +55 °C, with humidity tolerance up to 95% relative humidity. The circuit board is protected by an IZOVAX nanoparticle varnish coating. The device is certified to ČSN EN 50291-1:2018 and carries a CE declaration of conformity.
