RODE Vlogger Kit Universal

The RODE Vlogger Kit Universal is a complete mobile video setup for smartphones with a 3.5 mm TRRS headset input. At its core is the VideoMic ME, a directional microphone that suppresses background noise and delivers clear sound for your recordings. It connects to your phone with the included cable.

The kit also includes a furry windshield for outdoor shooting, a Rycote Lyre shock mount that isolates the microphone from mechanical noise, and the SmartGrip metal phone holder, which fits devices 65 to 85 mm wide. The holder mounts on the Tripod 2, a tabletop tripod that can be used in three positions, handheld or set down.

The MicroLED camera light offers four brightness levels and up to four hours of continuous use on a full charge. Eight filters and a diffuser let you adapt the light to different conditions. The DCS-1 dual hot-shoe adapter lets you mount the microphone and the light at the same time.
