The RØDE SM3R comes with Rycote's patented Lyre suspension anti-vibration microphone holder with hot shoe adapter. The anti-vibration element of the Lyre type suspension is made of one piece of homogeneous material without joints. Thus, this type of suspension is much more durable than traditional solutions.
The two microphone suspensions on the microphone holder can be fixed at four different points for maximum compatibility. The cable can be handled conveniently with the cable guide on the back of the microphone holder.
The microphone holder can also be used with microphones of other manufacturers with a diameter of 20-22 mm.
