RODE RODECaster video and audio production mixer

The RODECaster Video from RODE is an all-in-one production mixer that combines video switching, audio mixing, recording and streaming in a single compact unit. It is designed for studio productions, video podcasts, interviews and live events, letting you control several video and audio sources at the same time.

The control surface includes a touchscreen and four dedicated function buttons for media, graphic overlays, automatic chroma keying and multi-source layouts such as picture-in-picture or split screen. Its scene-based architecture lets you build, save and switch between complex shot arrangements with a single press. On the audio side, up to nine channels are supported, with APHEX processing and custom sub-mixes for each guest.

Streaming is possible over Wi-Fi, Ethernet or USB. Two of the five USB ports accept additional USB webcams, capture cards or RODE microphones. Weighing 1.3 kg and fitted with an HDMI connection, the unit is built as a desktop control centre for your production setup.
