The RICOH ScanSnap iX2400 is a sheet-fed document scanner for A4 paper that digitises documents at the press of a single button. It scans both sides in one pass at up to 45 pages per minute and holds up to 100 sheets in its automatic document feeder. With an optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and 24-bit colour depth, it produces clear scans that can be saved as searchable PDF and JPEG files, or as editable Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.

The scanner connects to a computer via USB 3.0 / 3.1 Gen 1 / 3.2 Gen 1. A manual feed mode handles envelopes, plastic cards, folded A3 documents and sheets with sticky notes, while 10 x 15 cm photos can be scanned in under a second with features such as automatic orientation and red-eye reduction.

Scanned documents can be organised and exported to your favourite applications with ScanSnap Home. The device weighs 3.2 kg.
