The REVOPOINT POP 4 Standard is a 3D scanner designed for both handheld and desktop use. It combines three capture technologies: a blue multi-line laser, full-field infrared structured light and VCSEL projection. In laser mode the manufacturer specifies accuracy of up to 0.03 mm, and the scanner delivers RGB colour scans. It handles objects from 10 × 10 × 10 mm up to 2 × 2 × 2 m.

The POP 4 suits product design, reverse engineering, quality control, object digitisation and preparing models for 3D printing. Real-time AI segmentation removes the background and surrounding clutter during scanning, so the models come out cleaner and need less post-processing. It connects via USB-C or Wi-Fi 6 and works with Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.

Gaussian Splatting support allows photorealistic models to be exported in SPLAT format for VR, AR, animation and product visualisation. Dark and shiny surfaces are captured well without matte spray. For transparent or highly reflective surfaces, the manufacturer recommends a dedicated scanning spray.
