REVOPOINT Pop 4 Premium 3D scanner

The REVOPOINT POP 4 Premium is a 3D scanner designed for both handheld and desktop use, combining three capture technologies: a blue multi-line laser, full-field infrared structured light and VCSEL projection. In laser mode it reaches up to 0.03 mm accuracy, and it supports RGB colour scanning, real-time AI segmentation and Gaussian Splatting models. It can capture objects from 10 × 10 × 10 mm up to 2 × 2 × 2 m.

You choose the mode that suits your object: the multi-line laser is suited to technical parts that demand precision, Full-Field HD captures faces and figures without markers, and VCSEL mode is optimised for larger items and fieldwork. Real-time AI removes the background and hands automatically, producing cleaner models and shortening post-processing.

Connection is via Wi-Fi 6 or USB-C, and the software runs on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. The scanner is suited to product development, reverse engineering, quality control and preparing models for 3D printing and CAD work.
